With an easy, standalone setup, it's a “set and forget” solution - designed to be used for both corner “bass trap” function and surfaces “reflection” function - but also completely modular. You can stack them as towers, build walls out of them, or use them to target specific trouble spots in your room, offering maximum flexibility for any studio space. The size of the unit makes it even more flexible, able to fit into often forgotten spaces, such as the impactful [but often overlooked] wall to floor corners under your side reflection panels, etc.
It’s also an excellent solution for the back of the room. It provides both a bass trapping and diffusion solution for a spot that some acousticians will argue over which method to choose. Go with both.
